Pelvic Health – Men

The latest statistics show that up to 9% of men experience symptoms of “chronic prostatitis” or more appropriately named chronic pelvic pain at some point in their lives. This may or may not include voiding dysfunction such a urinary frequency, urgency, and nocturia (increased nighttime voiding), bladder pain, groin pain or pain with erection. Pelvic physical therapy can help by addressing muscular imbalances and lifestyle modifications through manual therapies, biofeedback, and education.
