Who We Are

Amanda Miller, PT, DPT, WCS started Progress Physical Therapy - Midlothian in 2018 to provide specialized, individualized, and evidence-based physical therapy services to individuals of all ages and genders with abdominal and pelvic health needs. Amanda has specialized in abdominal and pelvic health for fifteen years, and believes that education never ends! She continues to learn and teach in the field, and surrounds herself with those with a similar passion. At PPT -Midlothian we strive to provide compassionate, one-on-one care to each of our patients in a safe, warm and happy environment. We are excited to expand our services to the Mechanicsville location, and need dedicated and compassionate physical therapists and physical therapy assistants to join our team!

What We Offer

Continuing education is vital to maintaining relevance in our field. At PPT - Midlothian, we have monthly staff meetings and regular in-house journal clubs. We regularly have doctoral students participating in clinical rotations and providing inservices. Amanda offers one-on-one mentoring to full-time clinicians, including 1 hour weekly of clinical time, and case discussions twice a week. We offer monthly patient newsletters, and evidence-based physician newsletters to our community.

Our Clinic

Progress PT - Midlothian is a small private practice, so we operate as a family and feel that happiness at work is an important key to success for our patients and our staff! However, we are part of a small network of PT practices in the area so we have the business and administrative support important to maintaining a private practice that accepts insurance in our current health care climate.
